When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 14 days of purchase, usually faster, via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive an email with a delivery confirmation # that you can track via www.usps.com. Orders normally take 3-7 days (excluding holidays) to be delivered from ship date.
What is your processing time?
All jewelry is handcrafted to order and shipped from Kailua, Hawaii. We try our best to keep our online store updated, but in some cases, items are more popular than others at the same time. This might affect the availability of raw materials we use to fabricate the pieces. If it takes longer than 14 days to ship your order, we will email you to let you know. Substitutions can be discussed at that time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
American Express, Discover, MC or Visa via Square. All financial information is encrypted.
Rush shipping available?
If you need your piece(s) in a hurry, please call or email us to check on the option for expedited production and/or rush shipping. Availability will depend on current production schedule and materials’ supply.
Is your purchase a gift?
Let us know in the memo/notes section upon checkout. We can include a gift message and remove prices from any pieces(s) for the recipient.
What is your exchange policy?
We will gladly accept exchanges only within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for a Return Authorization # and instructions.
What is your repair policy?
We will happily do repairs on items purchased at retail events or from the www.midorijewelry.com website. Items purchased from a Midori Jewelry Hawaii retailer need to be handled through the store to process the repair.
Do you sell at any stores?
Yes! Our jewelry is sold at over 200 stores in Hawaii, the US mainland, Australia & Japan. To find out if there is a store near you, please email us traci@midorijewelry.com.
